Initial Disclosure Document
About Our Consumer Credit Service
1. The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
The FCA is the independent regulator of financial services. This document is provided to customers considering certain financial products. Please read this document carefully, as it explains the services we offer.
2. What Products Do We Offer and From Whom?
We only offer financial products from a limited number of lenders.
3. Which Services Will We Provide?
We do not provide advice or recommendations regarding finance.
- We may ask you specific questions to help narrow down suitable products and conduct a soft credit search to assess your eligibility.
- Afterward, you will need to decide how to proceed.
- If your application is submitted to a third-party credit provider, they may conduct a hard credit search, which can negatively impact your credit score.
- We will provide details of the advantages and disadvantages of the available product types.
Please Note:
We are not Independent Financial Advisors (IFA).
4. What Will You Have to Pay Us for Our Services?
- Lender Fees: Lenders may charge fees such as documentation, purchase option, excess mileage, or administration fees. These will always be disclosed in the quote we provide.
- Our Fees: We do not charge you for our services. However, we typically receive a commission from the lender for introducing you to them.
Commission Disclosure:
- Commission can be a flat fee or a percentage of the finance amount, depending on the lender.
- The exact amount may only be known once the application is agreed upon but will always be disclosed to you before entering into a finance agreement.
Important Information:
We act as a credit broker with a commercial relationship with the lender. This means our recommendations are not impartial. If you prefer impartial advice, you may seek this independently.
To proceed with your application, you must confirm your understanding of these terms and provide explicit consent for us to receive a commission.
